Description   SmartLine® SLW10 On-site Weather Station is attachable by a 5 inch adjustable arm plastic bracket for gutter thumb-screw or a wall mount.   Features Modifies watering schedules by making daily adjustments to the controller Real-time weather readings every 8 seconds for optimum performance * Uses the zip code and sprinkler, plant, and soil type to calculate irrigation needs * Unit can be placed up to 3,000 ft. away from the controller * Lowers water usage by 20% to 50% * Virtually eliminates runoff Save money by eliminating service providers, recurring maintenance and user fees. Just wire this SLW10 on-site weather station to any SmartLine® controller (Items 148056 and 148057, both sold separately) and the optimum watering schedules will be automatically adjusted using real-time weather data. Uses the zip code, sprinkler type, plant type and soil type to calculate irrigation needs. Station takes weather readings every eight seconds, making daily adjustments to the controller, to lower water usage by 20% to 50%, while virtually eliminating runoff. Unit can be placed up to 3,000 ft. away from the controller using Weathermatic® shielded cable (50-ft. included). Features a solar shield, rain sensor and freeze sensor. Unit measures 5-3/4"Hx3-3/4"D with a 5"L angled mounting bracket. Mount at rooftop height, on a pole or fence post. Imported.
